RAHMAH TO ALL CREATION: WHAT DOES IT SIGNIFY?

Every Muslim agrees that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was sent, as stated in
the Holy Qur'an, as "a mercy to all creations". Yet many Muslims fail to
exhibit this quality of mercy in their lives. Some Muslims are not able to
practice the theoretical teachings of Islam in their daily life.
The Speaker will attempt to fuse theory and practice in this lecture by
relating several examples of mercy and kindness in Prophet Muhammad's
(pbuh) life. A comprehensive overview of the concept of rahmah (love,
compassion and mercy) in Islam will be presented. This will include Allah's
rahmah to His creation, rahmah between Muslims, rahmah between Muslims
and Non-Muslims and rahmah between Muslims and the natural creation
such as birds, animals and the environment.
A wonderfully refreshing lecture that serves as a great message to Muslims
and non-Muslims.
