I feel extremely tired and burn out with my pregnancy. Pregnancy has caused too much weight on my body and makes me walk like a penguin! I can hardly breathe sometimes on hot sunny days. No matter what, I thank ALLAH(SWT) for giving me a lot of mental strength to carry out with most of my life and in hope giving a safe and sound delivery.
I wonder what to take after C-section delivery to promote wound healing! I want to be back on my feet asap.

maybe you can try taking jelly gamat or that fish essence thingy that comes in the green box. my dad always drinks it every after operation.
