Salaam wa'alaykum! So nice to meet another Chinese sister. I am a Chinese revert as well, from Hong Kong :) Although I'm still in the transition of reverting I've yet to meet any Chinese sisters and it can sometimes get lonely. Are there many Chinese muslims in Singapore? May Allah bless you sister & great post :)
its ok to complain once in a while. haha. No problem! There is many chinese muslims and many converts in singapore. I feel that the most important of a convert to continue to seek islamic knowledge to understand Islam.
Allah(swt) is with us and angels are with us all the times so dont feel too lonely; cos u r not alone. :) Find me in facebook then. :)

salam.subhanallah great.
Assalam Alaikum,
Yah!!! When this happened, I was thinking about the same thing too!
It's time that Singaporean wakes up to the force of nature... We always have this thinking that we can conquer all difficulties...
What to do... We're urban creatures who have not experience natural disasters before... No wonder people are getting more arrogant!
hee~ Just a bit of complaining... =D

Assalam Alaikum,
What do you think of the constant flooding recently? =D
Whenever it floods, I think of your reminder on Allah(SWT) sovereignty!
