I believe instilling the right islamic spirit in our children will ensure this will not happen to our muslim children. Unfortunately due to the metropolitan lifestyle desired by many singapore muslims, this virtue of seeking knowledge and to excel in all aspects in their lives have diminished. We need to look into this issue and address this issue within our family unit to ensure the problem to be resolved.
